The Montgomery Foundation seeks to encourage and fund programs and activities designed to encourage family reading and family literacy. We believe that strong reading skills are essential to academic achievement and to financial independence. Moreover, the cultural and personal benefits of reading and literacy help to develop well rounded and thoughtful personalities.

The Montgomery Foundation is interested in supporting high school students who need assistance to attend college. We are developing a variety of programs to support students who exhibit academic excellence and public spirit in moving to the next phase of their education.
